1. Helping Hand NT
   • Focus: rapid stabilization and first-stage settlement support
   • Delivery: volunteer coordination + partner referrals
2. Community Consultation Stream
   • Focus: advisory sessions for migration, services, and complex cases
   • Delivery: online and in-person consult pathways
3. Wellbeing and Resilience Track
   • Focus: psychological support referrals and crisis pathway awareness
   • Delivery: partner-led referral network + UAANT check-ins
4. Cultural Continuity Program
   • Focus: preserve language, identity, and intergenerational connection
   • Delivery: events, workshops, and community gatherings
5. Advocacy and Representation Work
   • Focus: policy voice for Ukrainian community needs in the NT
   • Delivery: submissions, meetings, and coalition participation

Delivery Model

• Project intake: needs are identified through direct community requests.
• Triage and scope: cases are assigned to existing streams or escalated to partners.
• Volunteer execution: local teams deliver practical steps and follow-up.
• Partner escalation: specialist/legal/clinical issues move to qualified providers.

Current Priorities

• Increase capacity for high-demand consultation and settlement cases
• Strengthen partner response pathways for urgent and complex needs
• Expand volunteer coverage for weekday support and translation needs
• Improve continuity funding for long-running community programs
