Dnister Bank: a new name, with the same care and values
We are happy to share good news from Dnister as they become a bank and get a new look, while preserving their Ukrainian heritage and community values.
We are happy to share some wonderful news from our long-time community partner, Dnister, as they officially transition to becoming a bank and adopt a fresh new look.
From Monday 16th March, the new name Dnister Bank and their refreshed branding will replace the current branding for Dnister Ukrainian Credit Co-operative Ltd.
What this means for the community
Their refreshed brand continues to honour Dnister’s Ukrainian and Latvian heritage, while positioning them for growth and sustained success. It reflects who they are today: a trusted, values-led, member-owned bank committed to helping our members and communities thrive.
While Dnister’s look will evolve, what matters most remains unchanged: their people, their service, and their dedication to every member. There will be no impact on member accounts or access, and members do not need to do anything.
What is staying the same?
- The member-owned structure and commitment to community.
- The people, service and personal approach.
- The values and connection to Ukrainian and Latvian communities.
- The dedication to helping members and our communities prosper.
- The legal entity name (Dnister Ukrainian Credit Co-operative Ltd trading as Dnister Bank).
We congratulate Dnister on this important milestone and look forward to continuing our successful partnership with the newly named Dnister Bank.
